Career exploration through the Nevada Career Explorer combined with 360 video, STEM virtual reality and data analysis modules creates a job coach on steroids. In a proof of concept with the College of Southern Nevada dialysis technician program, learn how these assets also become homework help once a patron enrolls in the certification program. Key innovative elements include potential to accelerate the workforce pipeline capable of meeting the needs of employers in advanced technology and advanced manufacturing industries.
