The Nevada XR Libraries (emerging technology early adopter program ETEAP) is a multifaceted and integrated library and information services partnership. It is made possible by the 2019 Nevada State Legislature. The Califa Group is delivering  XR Libraries in partnership with the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records to the ETEAP in Nevada. XR Libraries provide Nevada librarians one stop access to virtual reality, mixed reality and augmented reality equipment, materials and professional development resources to support the learning and information needs of key library user groups.

The 2020 Census and Your Library
The 2020 Census not only will determine federal representation, billions of dollars of federal and state funding, and essential demographic data, but more is at stake for libraries as this Census will be the first with an internet response option, and government distrust is on the rise. Libraries, as trusted voices in your community, can help ensure a complete and inclusive count. Attendees will gain practical strategies for raising awareness and encouraging participation, either through using the library's online connections or completing the census questions at home.
